Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Plumbing Installation department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyze plumbing work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems.
• Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
• Document Plumbing work performed following company procedures.
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Two (2) years of Residential Plumbing installation experience and knowledge
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Successful completion of a drug screen, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and background check.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
