Blaze Credit Union is Hiring a Personal Banker Near Saint Cloud, MN

What You Will Do:

  • Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
  • Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
  • Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and fact to face interaction
  • Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Who are You:

  • You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven
  • You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
  • You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
  • You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges
  • You work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task
  • You have 1-3 years’ experience working in a financial institution (required)
  • You have a High School degree or GED (required)
