What we offer:

  • Commission
  • Full benefits include Medical Insurance as well as Company Paid Dental, Vision, and Life for the employee along with other coverage that can be added.
  • 401k with up to a 4% company match, begins 1 year after your start date.
  • Limited On-Call Schedule: We only run true emergencies (i.e., property damage) for existing customers. Everything else gets booked for the next day

  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
  • Get potential customers excited about Blanton’s and encourage them to spread the word.
  • Become an expert in your market area and know the customer's needs.
  • Create sales plans and propose expansions.
