We are a marketing firm located in East Brunswick, NJ. With our continued expansion, we are looking for sharp candidates to join our team as a Manager in Training. Our training program is designed to start at entry level and work everyone up and promoting from within our company. We believe in developing people personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients
- Learn how to develop and train entry level representatives
- Communicate our clients promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients evolving products and services
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS
- Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or other related fields a PLUS, but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
