Blanding Dental Associates is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Orange, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Experience:
- Must have dental experience
- Must have Dentrix experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
