-Has knowledge of the customers and assists with customer phone calls

-Supports by providing pricing, processing Bills of Lading, faxing or emailing shipment confirmations to customers, etc.

-Tracks trouble tickets from start to completion

-Serves as a liaison between departments of the company.

-Assists with shipments of samples to customers.

-Creates and runs the necessary sales reports (total sales, individual customer sales, A/R, etc.)

-The assistant will also help prepare for customer meetings by creating visual aids with this information (graphs, charts).

-Cuts POs for product when we are procuring supply, processing rebates, sales activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
