Blanchard Nephrology is a physician-owned specialty practice that provides comprehensive kidney care and a full spectrum of kidney disease management resources. Our care team educates and empowers patients who are living with kidney disease. We are looking for a dynamic APRN-CNP or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
We are seeking a full/part-time Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP) or Physician Assistant with hospital experience and preferably with experience in Nephrology, but willing to train in the field of Nephrology, to collaborate with our Care Providers. The providers will provide training, supervision and over-sight to the fortunate candidate.
Minimum Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:
Must have graduated from an accredited CNP program (Nursing and graduate of an accredited post-Master's Nurse Practitioner Program).
Must have a current COA and maintain this license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Must have current Certification and maintain this Certification from a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc.)
Must have CPR Certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Must have a current ALS and BLS certification prior to or upon hire.
Requires full prescriptive authority prior to or upon hire.
Minimum Qualifications forPhysician Assistant:
Applicant must hold a Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MPAS, MHS, or MMS).
Applicant must have and maintain a PA certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants (NCCPA).
Current Ohio licensure and ACLS certification is required.
Certificate to Prescribe must be current and maintained at all times
