We are hiring someone who knows how to be a little bit of a switch and can multitask. This position requires that you play the role of our lovely receptionist and valet and concierge. Days and specific times are listed below:
Concierge/Valet Duties Responsible for providing assistance to residents, and other departments as requested.. Must have a valid license. Delivers packages, flowers, prescriptions, etc., to apartment residents. and health center residents. Assists guests arriving and departing the Community. Serves as back-up for the receptionist as necessary. Parks and retrieves resident and visitor vehicles upon request.
Receptionist Duties : Responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors and performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned.

Valet/Concierge: 

• Every Monday. 
• 4:30 pm-9:00 pm.

 
Receptionist: 

• Every Other Saturday.
• 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
