Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda in State College, PA is looking for an Automotive Service Assistant to join our growing team!

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Assistant (but not limited to):

• Answer phones and assist in understanding their service needs
• Provide customer's updates on the status of their vehicles
• Assist in managing service appointment schedules
• Ensure that work progresses smoothly through the service department
• Support the service writing team with various administrative tasks as needed

Skill/Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of a dealership service department procedures is preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
