Professional Development
You will learn how to:
- Collect information and apply critical thinking to solve problems
- Use AutoCAD, Revit and other industry design tools
- Assemble fundamental components of construction documents
- Prepare maps, plans and details
- Provide office support for construction activities
- Communicate professionally
- Build relationships
At the end of your internship, our goal is for you to leave feeling confident and prepared to step into a technical profession after you graduate.
Intern to Employee
The success of our program speaks for itself! Many interns become part-time employees while finishing school - giving them a solid foundation for work experience to add to their resume. In 2023, 100% of our interns converted to part-time employees and 6 graduating interns were offered and accepted full-time positions.
Requirements
- Creative, inquisitive and possess a strong desire to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Available to work Full-Time for a minimum of 10 weeks
- Enrolled in an AA/AS or Bachelor's Degree program
