Position: Join Our Team as an Association Manager!
Are you a driven professional with a passion for organization, community management, and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Association Manager to oversee our Homeowners Association (HOA) management, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional resident experiences.
Job Title: Association Manager - HOA Management Salary: $36,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Homeowner Associations to maintain a well-functioning community.
· Coordinate and attend HOA meetings, in person or by Zoom, which may occur in the evenings, to provide updates, address concerns, and foster positive relationships with residents.
· Communicate effectively with homeowners, board members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient resolution of issues and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Oversee financial management, including budgeting, collection of dues, and payment of invoices.
· Enforce community rules and regulations, maintaining compliance and addressing violations as necessary, in coordination with our financial manager.
· Collaborate with vendors/contractors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
· Prepare reports, newsletters, and other communications to keep residents informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
· Ability to obtain Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
· Prior experience in association management is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
· Flexible schedule, including the willingness to work evenings for HOA meetings.
