Job Summary

  • Providing a friendly voice in our Dispatching/Customer Service department who is detail oriented for our fast growing and professional construction company to set up jobs and dispatch crews.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
  • Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls.
  • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance that CSR book.
  • Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
  • Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand. Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments.
  • Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
  • Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress or rescheduled appointments.

Qualifications

  • Dispatching and/or Scheduling: 2 years (Strongly preferred)
  • English (Required)
  • US work authorization
  • High school or equivalent
  • Clear diction, kind tone, and friendly phone voice
  • Excellent customer service skills (i.e. demonstrate empathy, respect, knowledge, and a willingness to help).
  • Must be organized, detailed, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills(Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.)
  • Ability to identify and prioritize requests that may need immediate attention.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and possess good time management skills.
  • Microsoft Office: 2 Years
  • Service Titan experience preferred.

  • A competitive hourly rate based on experience, skills, and education.
