Job Summary
Providing a friendly voice in our Dispatching/Customer Service department who is detail oriented for our fast growing and professional construction company to set up jobs and dispatch crews.
Duties and responsibilities
Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls.
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance that CSR book.
Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand. Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments.
Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress or rescheduled appointments.
Qualifications
Dispatching and/or Scheduling: 2 years (Strongly preferred)
English (Required)
US work authorization
High school or equivalent
Clear diction, kind tone, and friendly phone voice
Excellent customer service skills (i.e. demonstrate empathy, respect, knowledge, and a willingness to help).
Must be organized, detailed, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to multi-task.
Strong verbal and written communications skills(Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.)
Ability to identify and prioritize requests that may need immediate attention.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and possess good time management skills.
Microsoft Office: 2 Years
Service Titan experience preferred.
