We are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our team in Logan, UT. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities, business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
In office position located in Logan, UT.
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes
• Provide technical expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration
• Lead development efforts to enhance NetSuite functionality and address unique business needs
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer within the team
• Conduction training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and enhance user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Analyst, with a focus on successful implementations
• Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite
• In-depth expertise in NetSuite customization using SuiteScript and workflows and other NetSuite tools
• Experience with data migration and integration with other business systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team

Preferred Skills

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• Experience with Deposco WMS
• Experience with other ERP Systems
• Project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
