Description/Job Summary
Performs general repairs, adjust certain doors, repair wooden chair arms, hang shelving/picture frame or whiteboard, change out hinges from pantry cabinets and restroom stalls, change out some ceiling tiles, reglue/change out carpet or raise floor tiles, install keyboard trays. Maintain tools/materials, keep area cleaned and organized. Needs to know basic math and be able to read and write English and utilize computer. All work upon client and inspection tickets.
