Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise
- Experience in kitchen management or culinary background is a plus
