Austin, TX-based, private commercial real estate company, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for multiple property locations in Austin.

This is a dynamic position that will support critical property operations, as well as administrative issues in all areas of property management. This position is responsible for delinquency collections, leasing units, providing customer service and all other aspects of Property Management as needed by the property.

Our company has successfully owned and operated multifamily assets for two decades, with a primary focus on the Texas markets. We are currently seeking strong Assistant Property Managers who will help manage the day-to-day operations for communities in Austin, TX. We pride ourselves on consistently and successfully combining an entrepreneurial mindset, together with time-tested institutional practices.

Job Qualifications:

· Strong written/verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.

· Ability to work with computers in word processing and property management software; AppFolio experience preferred.

· Basic accounting skills and understanding of financial reports.

· Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergencies professionally

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of one year of Assistant Property Manager experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must be able to fluently speak and understand English and Spanish

· Must be flexible and able to work alternate schedules as needed

· Must have reliable transportation with a valid state-issued driver's license and current liability vehicle insurance.

· Must be able to successfully clear a background screen

· Appfolio Software experience a plus
