Sr. Administrative Sales Assistant

$32.00 to $36.00 per hour
Our client is currently looking for a motivated Administrative Sales Assistant to provide upscale customer service to our merchants, perform various administrative tasks, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, prompt response to email inquiries, prepare sales reports, and follow up with merchants.
• Act as company representative to new and existing merchant accounts.
• Correspondence with merchants on technical issues, direct to correct department such as technical support.
• Continuously streamline the sales process through reporting, liaising with other departments, and assisting merchants on company products and services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 3 years of customer service/sales support experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude, pro-active go-getting attitude and seek additional tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Can effectively manage time, multi-task, and handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a high level of phone, organizational, and written communication skills along with strong attention to detail to maintain accurate orders.
• Hours: Full time: Mon-Thurs 9 or 10 am to 6 pm; Friday 9 am to 1 pm
