Office Manager (Electrical Company) We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic electrical company. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our administrative processes and providing efficient support to our team. Your exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
Must have experience in the following:
QuickBooks, Word, Excel, One Drive, PDF Docs, PTO, SEP, Davis Beacon Prevailing Wage, Payroll, understanding accounting terms, HR Knowledge, Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with office management software and equipment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision- making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of electrical industry practices and terminology is a plus.
