Black Rock Power Systems- Formally Devault Electric is Hiring an Office Manager Near Kingman, AZ

Office Manager (Electrical Company) We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic electrical company. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our administrative processes and providing efficient support to our team. Your exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, dispatching the team.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage and resolve any office-related issues or concerns. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking

Must have experience in the following:

QuickBooks, Word, Excel, One Drive, PDF Docs, PTO, SEP, Davis Beacon Prevailing Wage, Payroll, understanding accounting terms, HR Knowledge, Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with office management software and equipment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision- making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of electrical industry practices and terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kingman, AZ 86409: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
