Overview:

Job Summary:

Come join Black Rock Mountain Resort's Transportation Team and work as a shuttle driver! If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving and enjoy providing exceptional guest service then this is the job for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes in accordance to departmental guidelines.
Ability to operate different types of commercial vehicles in all weather conditions.
Accurate completion of pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
Provide an “Experience of a Lifetime” to all guests.
Must be able to share company and resort knowledge with guests.
Participate in regular safety and employee meetings and complete continuous training provided by company.
Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Skills

A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully and positively with others.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
Valid Utah driver’s license.
Excellent driving record.
Prior customer service experience.
Professional, polished service, focused on exceeding expectations and attention to detail.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation, and work with a minimum of supervision.
Ability to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to assess safe driving conditions and identify potential safety risks regarding any/all vehicles used in the capacity of shuttle driving.
Assist with vehicle maintenance as required.
Ability to drive attentively and carefully while maintaining a high quality of guest service.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments and individuals as part of a team
