Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Vehicle Proficiency: Experience and confidence in driving a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, electric cars, luxury cars, SUVs, and trucks.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area to provide helpful information to guests.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the company’s dress code.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest concerns and solve problems efficiently and courteously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for details to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
