Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team as full time or part. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their employees. If you have a strong background in surveillance, loss prevention, conflict management, and possess the necessary certifications, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform access control duties, including checking identification and verifying credentials
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Assist with emergency response procedures, including first aid and CPR if required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security or related field
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Military experience is a plus
