Description

Case management for up to fifteen youth of all ages and genders in our Christian residential cottages. 

Some duties include but not limited to:

• Arrange services for youth
• Scheduling appointments 
• Facilitate team meetings
• Maintain youth files to meet licensing standards 

Some on call responsibilities are required a few times a year. Must be willing to provide coverage of the houses in emergency situations. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an appropriately accredited institution; bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of directly related experience; bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Social Worker II)
• Previous experience working with children in a residential setting is desirable, but not required. 
• Flexibility, patience, and a desire to change lives for the better.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
