Hybrid work from our Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA offices is required with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week

SUMMARY

Responsibleforvariousaspectsofassignedmarketingprojects.Projectswillbespecificallyfocusedonmarketingandcommunicationefforts related to sales, business operations, customer service and Black Knight employees.Typically involves extensive interactions with cross- functional teams of various functional areas of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseesprojectsrelatedtonewproductlaunchcampaigns,aswellasexisting productenhancementsandnewservicesinsupportofthedivision's productroadmap
• PlansandcoordinatesallaspectsofMarketingprojectsfrominitiationthroughdeliveryandensuresrequirementsaligntooperational standards
• Supportsthedivisionwithvariousmarketingactivities,includingadvertising(printanddigital),leadgeneration,salespromotion,collateral, tradeshows,events,thoughtleadership,website,andsocialmediaactivities bycoordinatingandexecutingmarketingcampaigns,delivering tactics on time to ensure that project results are in line with corporate expectations
• Projectmanagesmulti-channelleadgenerationcampaignsinsupportofspecificbusinessobjectives.Managesprojectinitiationactivitiesthat include identifying clients or business needs and goals, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed
• Routessalesleadsfromvariousefforts(events,emails,webinars,podcasts,advertising)asappropriatetosalesforfollow-up.Develops, defines, and executes project plans, project scope, activities schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Identifies and coordinates needed resources for project execution, implementation, and analytics for all assigned projects, including activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments
• Managesprojectrisks,issues/problems,andactivityprogresstoensureprojectgoals(e.g.,deadline,scope,andquality)areachieved.Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
• Deliversinformationalanddecision-seekingpresentationstobusinessgroupsinBlackKnightand/orinclientorganizations
• Conductprojectclosureactivitiestoformalizeandcommunicatetheprojectacceptance,handoverdocumentationandongoingactivitiesto accountable teams, and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement
• Sometravelmaybe required
• Performsadditionalrelateddutiesas assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor'sdegreeorthe equivalentcombinationofeducation,training,andwork experience
• Requires 5 years ofworkexperiencemanagingprojectsrelatedto marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellentknowledgeofstandardmarketingconcepts,practices,andproceduresof communications (including writing and editing)
• Knowledgeofprojectmanagementstandards,processes,procedures,andguidelines
• Deepknowledge ofmarketingandcommunicationprocessesandbest practices
• Workingknowledgeofmarketingautomationtools,projectmanagementsoftwareand/orCRMsystems(i.e., Salesforce MS Dynamics)
• Demonstratedskillinmanagingprojectand timelines
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
• Skilledknowledgeofproductionrequirementsformarketingmaterials(ads,printing,digital, etc.)
• Abilitytointeracteffectivelywithdivision leadsand,insomecases, clients or third parties
• Mortgage industry knowledge
