**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Barback to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**Duties:**

- Prep/stock mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes

- Wash glassware and stock

- Bus and set bar top for next guest

- Keep ice bins filled

- Wipe down bar top and keep free of debris and dirty dishes/glasses

- Restock anything at the bar that needs it; mixers, liquor, wine, straws etc

- Change kegs as needed

- Empty bus bins

- Take out trash, glass bottles and boxes

- Always leave everything ready for the next shift

- Sweep floors

- Mop floors

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant setting preferred

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Ability to bus tables, assist in the kitchen, and provide general help as needed

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail
