Paving Crew Member-Black Diamond Paving, LCC, A Division of Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating- A National Pavement Maintenance Provider

We’re hiring for a Paving Crew Team Member to join our Black Diamond Paving Team located in Hayward, CA Pay Rage: $25hr - $35hr based on experience.

Our Customers:We serve a variety of market segments including; Property Managers, Homeowners Associations, Apartments, Retail, Commercial-Industrial and General Contractors.
Our Services: Asphalt Maintenance and Repairs: ADA Compliance and Upgrades, Asphalt Overlays, Concrete Repair, Crack Sealing, Sealcoating, Patch Paving, Preventive Maintenance.
The ideal candidates must be skilled in the areas listed below, as well as being honest, confident, and enthusiastic.
Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with Paving processes & equipment (a paver, roller, bobcat, asphalt raking, etc.)
• Maintain acceptable, clean California Class C and/or Class A driver’s license (Class A license is a plus, but not required)
• Display safety consciousness, a strong work ethic, exceptional attitude & attendance traits.
• Demonstrate team skills on an ongoing basis.
• Be available to work weekends and out of town when necessary.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (or experience working in a bilingual environment)
• Must be able to pass the post offer drug test and MVR check.
