Job Description:

The marketing intern is a part-time position and will perform duties to support the Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Sales teams at a fast-growing energetic technical contract staffing company. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for a great company with the potential for future growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with Marketing Sales lead generation.
• Assist with the creation, formatting, and design of communications.
• Contribute to social media posts across Black Diamond Networks’ social platforms.
• Assist with event planning.
• Conduct research in areas including competition, industry, and social media.
• Inventory, organize, and ship our promotional items.
• Work on department projects.
• Survey analytics or other reporting analytics.
• Update company information in our database system

Skills:

Prefer candidates with previous office experience and knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Canva, InDesign, top social platforms, and HubSpot is ideal. Marketing interns must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to work well in a team. Marketing interns should also be organized, professional, energetic, and detail oriented.

Education:

We are looking for a marketing intern pursuing a degree or diploma in marketing or business management. They may also be pursuing courses in the field of communications, public relations, and marketing.
