Black Diamond Capital Advisory Firm is an investment bank with a team of professional business intermediaries who help people buy and sell businesses. Black Diamond is looking to add a Sales Representative to its Fayetteville, Arkansas, office.

Responsibilities

• be knowledgeable about current deal opportunities
• identify prospective customers, create outreach lists, lead generation and conversion
• cold call and increase positive reactions from leads
• achieve call quotas
• contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• emphasize the features of deal opportunities to highlight how they solve customer problems
• answer questions about deal opportunities
• collaborate with colleagues in different sectors

Qualifications

The candidate must possess ALL the following:

1) experience in sales

2) excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3) knowledge of telephone and computer systems

4) confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling

5) the ability to persuade and clearly convey opportunities to potential clients

6) a willingness to learn

7) an even disposition

8) the ability to set goals, persist, and achieve them

9) the ability to work independently and as part of a team

10) a high school diploma or equivalent education

Schedule

· Monday – Thursday

· day shift

Pay: $17 per hour plus commission. Company offers 401k; minimum hours required.
