Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding all safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items
- Follow proper procedures for checking identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests to prevent over-intoxication or underage drinking
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Basic understanding of food safety principles and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Strong math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to work well within a team
