We are seeking a talented and motivated RTLS Systems Engineer to join our TSI Prism RTLS product team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of Real-Time Location Systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy RTLS hardware and software components ensuring successful system implementation.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Product Manager to address customer inquires, issues, and system maintenance.
• Assist the Sales team through presales activities, offering technical assistance with system design and estimation.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful integration of RTLS technologies into new products.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze market trends, user behavior, and customer feedback to utilizing data analysis to guide system optimization.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of RTLS systems based on market insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to contribute to product success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative to take ownership of resolving issues.
• Maintain an approachable and accessible demeanor and attitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, software developers, and customers.
• Work location is on-site at company headquarters.
• Related work as required.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Real-Time Location Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
