Entry-Level Position Available

Title: Operations Intern

Reports to: Sr. Risk Manager and Project Controls Manager

Summary of Position: As a key team member, the Operations Intern is responsible for working with the operations team to help with document control to ensure the project teams are equipped with everything they need to stay on schedule.

Typical Duties:

• Manage and upkeep data in our project management software
• Schedule meetings
• Create and maintain various tracking logs
• Request certificates of insurance
• Assist with prequalification
• Verification of project information
• Other related administration tasks

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Business or related field in-progress
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office)
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Extreme attention to detail, highly organized
• Proactive, takes initiative on all projects, possesses a willingness to learn and develop in their professional career
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver, solutions-oriented, creative
• Systematic

Position Status: Part-time Intern, non-exempt (possibility to convert to full-time)
