We are seeking a senior project manager for our public infrastructure group in our Mid-Atlantic offices. Please note this position could work out of our King of Prussia, Pittsburgh, or Harrisburg office. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Manages entire project delivery process of moderate to complex projects and/or specific project phases including but not limited to schedule, scope, budget, quality and documentation. Meets or exceeds the profitability goals for the project
• Pursues new BD targets in collaboration with others
• Participates in or leads strategic BD groups and initiatives
• Developing and managing client relationships
• Managing resources and productivity
• Project QA/QC
• Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines
• Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline
• Developing proposals/contracts/agreements
• Building strong client relationships is essential to this position
• Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary

Required Experience:

• 15 years’ experience in Project Management
• Business development experience is preferred
• Experience working with Penn Turnpike Commission and/or PennDOT
• Experience with bridge and/or highway engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A BS degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required
• PE preferred
