Job Duties:

· Perform in depth cleaning for new and current occupancy.

· Respond to work orders in a timely and accurate fashion.

· Complete other cleaning duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Previous cleaning experience preferred.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States, without visa sponsorship.

· Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.

· Must work well as an individual and team player.

· Must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide pleasant customer service.

· Must be organized, have an attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through.

· Must be able to climb up and down stairs with ease and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

· Must be able to regularly engage in repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching out, reaching up, grasping, and pinching.
