Baker (Retail):
A Dunkin Donuts Baker will be responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries and other baked products. As a Baker you will be required to follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines and ensure company safety and cleanliness standards. The Baker also needs to be able to handle the physical requirements of the position such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time.
