**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas in wood fired oven.

**Duties:**

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings

- Operate pizza ovens and ensure proper cooking of pizzas

- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

- Assist in menu planning and development

- Follow food safety standards and procedures

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen equipment

- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation

- Understanding of food safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent knife skills for food preparation
