Exciting opportunity for someone with leadership experience and/or a strong operational background. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and implementation for Siteman Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will have an MHA or MBA, direct leadership experience and be comfortable with budgeting, capital projects, and financial reporting/analysis. This is primarily a work from home position, but candidates must live in the St. Louis area to be available for the occasional onsite meeting.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Provides ongoing program management of the department/programs across all geographic locations in the region. Coordinates development and implementation of strategic plans working closely with hospital(s) administration and physician leadership.
