Join our Nurse Practitioner team as a working supervisor at BJH and be at the forefront of Spinal care for Orthopedic and Neurosurgery Spine patients. Our NPs care for a variety of Orthopedic and Neurosurgery patients within our Integrated Spine Unit.

• • Day Shift
  • 2 (12hr) clinical shifts per week 
  • 16 hrs dedicated to administrative work
  • Manage a team of 6 Nurse Practitioners

Role Purpose

Under the direction of a manager/director, the NP Supervisor plans, leads, and coordinates activities of a department as a direct people leader with responsibility for ensuring the productivity of the group. As needed the Supervisor will perform direct patient care utilizing a high degree of knowledge, skill, and competence to diagnose, prescribe, and treat patients within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with a physician(s) to support clinical services.
