Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
This position manages the patient safety and clinical risk management programs and has responsibility for the program at one HSO, facility, or Program. Provides guidance to HSO staff responsible for developing and implementing patient safety & clinical risk management programs. This leader supports staff in the investigation of errors, plans for the resolution of all patient safety related incidents and identifies and prevents potential issues that could compromise patient care or result in risk to the organization. Partners with patient safety and clinical risk management program manager and other system safety and risk management leaders to implement and maintain standardized processes and tools. Also ensures appropriate communication and information exchange with local teams.
