- Maintain information in the vendor management system
- Document Engineering and Cyber Ops roadmap plans forvendors
- Support divestiture and on-boarding of new vendorrelationships
- Work with Value Added Resellers to obtain quotes andpricing
- Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure vendorcontracts are reviewed and proper approvals are obtained on all documents
- Establish meeting cadence, facilitate, and document renewaldecision points
- Drive process adherence, consensus building, and timelinemanagement
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Two years of contract or vendor management experience
- Strong background in vendor metrics and reporting
- Solid knowledge and understanding of information technologysystems and process
- Experience in vendor setup / on-boarding
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving andtroubleshooting skills
- Experience with vendor contracts and service agreements
- The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability todescribe complex situations in simple terms
- Comfortable with interfacing with other internal partners
- Ability to balance and prioritize work
- Resolves problems independently and/or through a supportteam
- Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidentialAdditional skills and qualifications preferred, but notrequiredExperience negotiating contracts including price andstructureFinance or Accounting backgroundKnowledge of information security principles and practice
