As our Senior IT Security Engineer, you willuse extensive knowledge of international standards, industry best practices,professional experience, collaboration, and good judgment to implement abusiness focused information security strategic roadmap. This role will be partof a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintainingsecurity technology footprint which allows to move rapidly and securelyinto new business enabling technologies. 

Responsibilities

·Work with Business IT teams tocontinually improve the security posture of their application and solutionportfolios.

·Deployment of security tools andcapabilities across a globally distributed environment.

·Work with peers throughout to collect input on needed security capabilities

·Gain understanding of theeffectiveness of security policies and technologies.

·Contribute to the development of anannual Security roadmap outlining key initiatives in support of the Information Security Strategy

·Develop business cases for theadoption of new technology, standards and processes.

·Support management in understandingarchitectural and operational information risk within/against

·Staying current on securitytechnologies, trends, standards and best practices

·Continually update relevant securityskills

·Other duties and responsibilities asassigned

Qualifications

·Knowledge of information securitystandards, principles and practices

·Demonstrated relevant securityexpertise in implementing secure solutions and services for a mix of thefollowing areas:

·Enterprise DLP, including SaaS-basedDLP and on-prem DLP capabilities 

·CASB solutions (API-based and inline)

·Workstation Operating Systems (Windows/ MacOS)

·Enterprise DRM capabilities

·Office 365 security capabilities

In addition, knowledge in the following areas ishighly desirable:

·HIPS/HIDS, Anti-Virus

·Application Security

·Database Security (Oracle/MySQL)

·Compliance - SOX, PCI, ISO 27001 

·Colocation

·Cloud Security Technologies

·National and International Privacylaws and regulations

This role must be proficient at the techniquesthat go into the implementation of solution architectures, includingrequirements discovery and analysis, application of abstraction, formulation ofsolution context, solution alternatives identification and assessment, technologyselection, and implementation.

Education

·Requires a bachelor’s degree incomputer science or related filed, or equivalent work experience

·7 years of information technologyexperience with a minimum of 3 years in an information security related role

 5.0 Certification

As a Security Engineer, the followingcertifications are strongly preferred:

·Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP)

·Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA)

·Certified Information Security Manager(CISM)

·Offensive Security CertifiedProfessional (OSCP)
