ServiceNowDeveloper Job Description
Providesapplication software development services. Develops program logic for newapplications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes,tests, debugs and documents software applications. Analyzes requirements andtests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvementsare successfully implemented. This position will focus entirely on ServiceNow.We currently have ITSM and will shortly have ITBM modules in production.
o Deliverapplications support through development and customization via the ServiceNowITSM platform
o Supportout-of-the-box applications including Problem, Change, Incident, ServicePortal, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Management
o Understandand represent ITIL/ITSM processes to other business partners
Requirements
ServiceNowDeveloper Qualifications/Skillset Requirements
o Expertise incommon web languages (e.g. JavaScript, Angular)
o Advancedexperience with development of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts,ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
o Deepfunctional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform; emphasis on AssetManagement, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Change Management modules is a plus
o Minimum oftwo (2) years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration anddevelopment of ServiceNow platform.
o Ability todevelop process flow documentation based on input from existing and futurecustomers of request management
o Ability tooptimize request management business process flows based on existingdocumentation or information from users
o ITIL v3 (orITIL 4) certification preferred
o 2 yearsServiceNow administration in an enterprise environment
