Overview

·We’re looking for a Senior Analyst MarginDeveloper for Finance Data & Analytics Products. You will understand businessneeds and translate those into technical requirements.

·Daily, you will work to design,develop, and implement new decision support solutions that help the businessleverage operationalize analytical insights.

·Use your expertise with both businessand technology to translate business needs into technical requirements helpingthe business product owner(s) to be successful and the data engineers beefficient.

·You’ll build data and reportingsolutions supporting the transition to our new state-of-the-art forecasting andactuals capabilities.

·You will gather requirements anddesign data flows to support data engineers who use relational databases, ETLprocesses, and SAP.

·Successful candidate will bring strongSQL, SSRS, Alteryx, Azure Data Factory (including the creation of Azurepipelines), and SSAS Cube skills (including handling its measures).

·You’ll be responsible for supportingthe financial analytic capabilities that transform the company to meet thechallenges of managing a complex data landscape.

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) inquantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or IT orCombination of relevant education, experience, and training 3 years ofexperience with an emphasis on business reporting and analytics required

·Experience with financial data andsystems

·Ability to lead and/or work oncross-functional teams and provide project management support

·Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

·Problem structuring and strategicproblem-solving skills

·Demonstrated ability to workindependently and manage multiple projects with multiple business partners onfirm deadlines

·Able to influence and communicateeffectively, both verbally and written, with team members and business partners

·Expert skill in Azure Data Factory,and creating Azure pipelines in the Azure cloud platform

·Proficiency in SQL Server AnalysisServices (SSAS) Cube and handling its measures

·Expert skill in relational SQL andDatabase Analysis

·Experience in creating SQL StoredProcedures

·Experience in ETL tools, namelyAlteryx

·Experience in SQL Server ReportingServices (SSRS)

·Intermediate knowledge in Power Pivotand Excel Macros

·Experience with SAP

·Experience with Cloud Data Stacks (AWS,Snowflake, etc)

·Solid understanding of Databaseconcepts, data structures and algorithms

·Understanding of solution andtechnical design

·Problem solving and analytical mindset
