WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

•Communicate data-driven insights andrecommendations to non-technical audiences

•Act as an ongoing thought partner andstrategic advisor to product partners to ensure insights are being interpretedand successfully applied

•Develop data visualizations and dashboards tosupport specific use cases

•Apply quantitative methods including but notlimited to descriptive analysis univariate and multivariate tests, andstatistical modeling

•Define how the cross functional team measuressuccess by developing Key Performance Indicators and other metrics

•Guide analysis and statistical modeldevelopment to spot trends and behavior

•Build models and simulations to identifytheft, fraud, and other nefarious behaviors

•Design and analyze experiments to illuminatecausality

•Advance data literacy with non-technicalpartners

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role reports into the Intelligence Reporting & Analyticsteam Director. You will be a key member of the Reporting & Analytics workingwith multiple cross-functional teams across Resilience including but notlimited to Loss Prevention, Product Security, and Global Investigations.

Requirements

•Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Math,Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Computer Science, or similar quantitativefields.

•5 years of professional experience as anindividual contributor in data science or analytics

•Expertise in in metric development,statistical analysis, and intuitive reporting

•Outstanding verbal and written communication,with demonstrated ability to use data and storytelling to influence businessdecisions

•Ability to run and prioritize multiple tracksof work, ensuring high-quality output on- time delivery

•Ability to work in multiple data environmentsand perform complex joins, data cleaning, and feature creation using SQL orSQL-based languages

•Significant experience coding in Python

•Proven experience building positive workingrelationships in cross-functional teams.

•Track record of owning high-impact work fromidea to delivery

•Plus: advanced degree in quantitative subjectarea

•Plus: experience with detailed experimentationand establishing causality
