·Strongfacilitation skills and demonstrated experience guiding teams through organizeddiscussions to achieve common goals

Requirements

Qualifications:

·3-4 years ofprogressive program management experience.

·You possess a growthmindset

·Demonstratedexperience of large cross functional programs in a matrixed environment

·You have excellentcommunications skills including: presenting, editing, and writing as well asaccuracy and strong attention to detail

·Experienced atapplying Agile values and methodologies with teams.

·You have experiencerunning large projects.

·Collaborate crossfunctionally with all levels of leadership.

·You have understandingof digital technology with a solid understanding of customer/stakeholderrelationships, business analysis, prioritization, estimation and capacitymanagement 

·Proficient knowledgeof program management techniques. You have a deep understanding of softwareprograms that align with company OKRs and program KPIs

·You are able to guidea team through constructive discussions with risks, trade-offs, and on-timedelivery, while Influencing and negotiating for desired outcomes.

·You are someone thatothers enjoy working with due to your positive attitude and ability to partner,lead and influence across multiple teams and capabilities.
