A person in this role will be responsible for leadingopportunity identification and analysis, problem definition, and overseeing thedevelopment and deployment of advanced analytic tools and methods within theEnterprise Architecture organization.

This role, along with engineering leaders within Analytics willlead and contribute to the definition of an overarching analytics strategy andarchitecture that will align analytics investments with the highest impactareas, while producing a suite of complementary models, tools, and technologies

Responsibilities:

·Evangelize break through analyticssolutions through adoption of big data, cloud native technologies, Machinelearning and Data Science

·Partner with Product andEngineering leadership to establish an architectural plan across multiplesolution areas, in consideration of the product roadmaps

·Participate in design andengineering of analytics solutions that have significant strategic impact andachieve long term competitive advantage.

·Embrace and influence domaindriven design and architecture principles of security, scale, uptime andreliability

·Partner with business leaders toprovide expert technical advice and influence strategic decision making

·Guide and mentor engineeringteams to raise collective technical expertise

·Demonstrate a strong bias for architectureprinciples balanced with tactical timelines, cost and risks

·Contribute to architectureguiding principles and development standards

Requirements for the Position include:

·Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience or Business Information Management

·3 years in technology architectroles

·5 years providing technicalleadership to technical, business & cross-functional teams

·7 years in hands-on data oranalytics engineering

·Strong understanding of data andanalytics solution architecture, including experience with Big Data, Relationaldatabases, streaming and batch data processing,

·Experience with leadingenterprise cloud/virtual architectures like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Open Stack,JIE, etc.

·A solid understanding andexperience of the principles and operations of high volume, variety and velocitybusiness intelligence, data warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms witha proven background and record in architecture and implementation ofapplications, integrating with OLTP and 3rd party systems

·Working knowledge of statisticaland predictive modeling concepts and disciplines

·Demonstrated track record ofleading within complex organizations requiring strong influence managementskills - ability to work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment

·Exceptional collaboration,listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitatetechnology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with allstakeholders (management, business users, and technology resources)
