Overview

Our Creative Services team is lookingfor a Jr. Visual Designer to join our expanding Corporate Communications andMarketing department. Reporting to the Executive Director, Branding andCreative Services, you will be a key player in our Creative Services teamresponsible for supporting design/creative projects that grow our global brand.

Our ideal candidate will have anunderstanding and working knowledge of the creative process, with the provenability to generate high quality multi-channel assets quickly. You must be ableto collaborate effectively with a talented team of professionals –across PR, digital marketing, video production, conferences/events and creativeservices -- to support business and brand objectives.

·Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize

·designand produce print and digital designs that align with brand guidelines

·Performmultiple design edits based on brand guidelines, art direction and clientfeedback

·Createtemplate-based materials

·Sourcestock photography

·Performretouching, color correction, and collect for output

·Createinteractive PDF forms

·Createstoryboards for video and animation projects

·Optimizeimage and video assets for digital and social platforms Photograph internal events

·Accuratelyapply design strategies to support and strengthen key messages

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in discipline-related field with 1–3 yearsof experience or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparablenumber of years of applicable work experience.

·Strong design portfolio.

·Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop,Illustrator, After Effects, and Acrobat. As well as creating assets inMicrosoft Office – Outlook (OTF), PowerPoint etc.

·Thorough knowledge of visual design principles, including graphicdesign, layout, typography, color and corporate identity.

·Experience in designing for advertising, collateral development, events,websites, presentations, recruiting, social media, templates, and environmentaldesign.

·Experience in designing impactful creative for social media channels,primarily for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

·High verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate andpresent creative ideas and concepts convincingly.

·Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills.
