The Role:
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)Lead manages the design and development of the end-to-end technical solutionsto address business needs across EAM domain area. The EAM area isprimarily focused on support of SAP S/4 PM and the complimentary workmanagement solution, Clevest by IFS. Additional responsibilities willinclude oversight of geospatial solutions as well as SAP EH&S.
The role will be responsible todevelop and promote a technical vision for EAM domain. They will work withtechnical, functional, and business teams to design and develop solutions tosupport that vision. They will serve as a consultant to key businessstakeholders and project teams to implement proposed solutions. They shouldpossess senior level competencies in SAP PM and integrating field solutions. An ideal candidate would also have experience leading IT teams in theindustry sectors of Utilities and/or Oil and Gas.
Day to Day:
·Ability tosolution complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysisof situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives andindustry and technology best practice.
·Establishtrusted relationships with key business stakeholders to support business strategy.
·Developenterprise-wide view of asset/work management at and establishstrategic vision for opportunity and efficiencies using core EnterpriseApplications.
·Work withinternal teams to guide them through requirements analysis, application and/orprocess design specifications and design workshops.
·Demonstratesproven record of success leading all aspects of complex Field Operations usingthe SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) suite in combination with commonindustry Work Management solutions.

·Minimum 3or more years SAP EAM/PM consulting or industry experience
·5 or moreyears’ working in software engineering delivering IT solutions
·5 or moreyears of progressive experience in software engineering/technology leadershipacross multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong businessacumen.
Desired
·3 years’experience working with DevOps practices
·3 years’experience working in Utilities or other regulated industry, withexperience working with Field Operations
·Participationin all phases of at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP PM and work management solutionimplementation
·S/4 Hana
Education
·Bachelor'sDegree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, related field,or equivalent training and/or experience.
