BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants is Hiring a Change Manager Near Rainier, OR

Overview:

Change Manager with OperationCenter and/or Office Building relocations is needed. SharePoint experience is amust with a development of a new SharePoint page and expert in soft skills.
Must be able to pass an additional Security Background Clearance (SGI).

Job Duties:

Assess current state of move/transition planning
a. Key business stakeholder document:
b. SME’s for tactical transition planning and execution;
c. Review of key inputs to Project Plan and OCM plan:
d. Plans for physical move of instruments, equipment, records, supplies, staffworkplace belongings;
e. Cut-over plans for security technology;
f. Assess document inventory and plan to index materials prior to move;
g. SharePoint design
h. People readiness plans;

2. Develop and manage a detailed project plan:
a. Create and maintain the move / transition project plan for Client;
b. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and decisions to program leadershipteam;

3. Develop and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan:
a. Create and maintain OCM project plan in collaboration with PM and overallschedule;
b. Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment;
c. Develop and implement remediation plans including communication andengagement plan;
d. Develop communication materials such as emails, signage, table-tents,SharePoint site;
e. Collaborate with Client Corporate Communications team to develop stories as appropriate;
f. Conduct workshops and/or meetings with Client to determine policies forfacilities usage (i.e. quiet rooms, Emergency Response Rooms, Break Rooms, etc.)and guidelines for best practices;
g. Support development of training job aids and training materials inpartnership with SME’s and the organization'sTraining teams;
h. Support development of training plan for workforce

Requirements

·5 years of experience

·SharePoint building experience

·Change Management Experience

·Soft skills

·Project management

·Organizational change

Preferably someone with utility experience tobuild rapport
