BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants is Hiring a Billing Research Analyst Near San Diego, CA
Key Responsibilities 1. Develops dashboards, reporting and processes for continuous management andanalysis of Clinical Research Billing productivity and quality programs.
2. Analyzes highly complex financial data, government regulations andidentifies trends in revenue cycle functions, and integration of operations.Delivers comprehensive reports and presentations to leadership, to includeproposals and solutions to maximize revenues and optimize workflows.
3. Works with Information Technology to define needs and system enhancements.Design models, using input from department, operational experience, and bestpractice research. Statistical and financial results in Shared Business Officeand on the workflows and system efficiencies of Shared Business Officefunctions.
4. Leads and/or monitors progress and priorities on projects. Collaborates withdepartments across the system to assimilate and define needs, develop goals andmetrics, and define system requirements and capabilities
5. Serves as a technical leader and resource in evaluating Clinical ResearchBilling workflows for propose improvements in efficiencies and timeliness.Provides guidance and expertise in the development of highly complex workflowimprovements to integrate practices in all revenue cycle areas and maximizerevenues. Conducts internal billing audits and reviews statement chargecorrections for accuracy and compliance.
