Budgeting,forecasting and function analysis for senior management

Leadcontact between management and Deloitte for annual audit requirements

Leasing:

Criticalevaluation of leasing transactions

Strongstraight-line rent preparation and execution for new and modified agreements

Monitoringuncollectible rents and probability of collection for financial reportingrequirements

Controls:

Overviewof the current business control processes and potential for enhancements

Managementlevel controls to enhance policies and procedures

Managingrisks for the parent company in Japan

Leadthe accounting department staff members through efficiency and educational viewpoints

Requirements

• CPA holder with 5-8 years of Big 4 experiencein preparing US GAAP financial statements.
• Team player with a small team, multicultural workenvironment.
• Good liaison and communicator to the externalauditors and tax advisors.
• Accounting knowledge should include lease accounting
• Bilingual Japanese (Read/Write/Speak)Preferable
