Job Description:

• Manages, plans, and coordinates software builds and release cycles.
• Develops and maintains version control systems, code repositories, and build scripts.
• Works with software development team to integrate new features into the release pipeline.
• Ensures release quality and integrity through validation processes.
• Troubleshoots issues arising during build, installation, or post-release process.
• Documents all processes and maintains software and application version logs.
• Collaborates with other teams to streamline and automate the release process.
• Implement and improve CI/CD best practices to enhance development productivity and product quality.
• Work closely with QA and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows and minimize downtime.
• Keeps all software updated with the latest version.
• Manages risks and resolves issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Designs and implements data migration strategies and processes.
• Performs source system data analysis for data mapping.
• Develops and implements data migration scripts and programs.
• Resolves data migration issues, errors, and discrepancies.
• Documents data migration processes and outcomes.
• Manages all environments including development, testing, staging, and production.
• Continually working on improvements to the release and environment management process, incorporating feedback from all stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our build and release practices.
